Why should I register for an account?

Do I need an account to place an order?

Absolutely not, but by registering with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Be notified when new stock arrives.
  • Save your address for faster shopping.
  • Manage your account details, order history and email preferences and see order status.

How to check my order status?

What are you payment options?

iSantaCam accepts the following forms of payment:

Payment is only debited from your card at the time of shipment.

In all such transactions, you will be required to provide your 3-digit, credit card security code. The code can be found at the back of your card, and is created by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent usage. For additional information, please contact your credit card company.

Is it safe to use my credit card on

Your personal online security is important to us. We use a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details, to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

All orders are processed through our secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

Is secure? uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’.

This means that you are using a secure connection. Depending on your browser you should also see a padlock next to the URL, this signifies that the SSL is enabled. By clicking on the padlock you can find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Does my personal information remain private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

When creating an account at, we will need to know your name and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number, CSV code and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order. may use your contact details to inform you of the latest products and new arrivals as well exclusive discounts. How do I know if an items is in stock?

Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. If any of the products you want to buy are out of stock, simply email us at


All orders placed in Oct 2015 will ship by Nov 1st.

All orders will be confirmed and shipped as soon as possible. Items in stock will typically be shipped between 1-2 business days, depending on the time of year.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which UPS does not pick up. Every attempt is made to fill and ship your order in a timely fashion. For rush orders, please contact customer service at Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Shipping and handling charges

A flat rate of $9.95 covers all shipping and handling charges within the United States.

Do you offer International shipping options?

Unfortunately, we only ship orders to the United States and U.S. territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FOP addresses or other international addresses.

Can I ship to multiple shipping destinations?

We do not offer shipping to an additional destination in the same order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Do you ship to post office box or freight forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and do not deliver to forwarding addresses.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from iSantaCam to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Tracking’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Tracking’. UPS tracking information provides you with real time shipping itinerary for your order. With the most recent information is listed at the top, the tracking information shows each time your package is scanned, when it arrives at and departures from each UPS shipping hub. A final scan is made when it arrives at your door. A tracking number is assigned when your package leaves our warehouse, and the first scan usually is made within a few more hours after your purchase. It is after this initial scan that the UPS tracking information will be available on


Items should be returned unused & boxed.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your online purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase. In-stock replacement items will be sent out promptly using our standard shipping method. If you are exchanging an item(s), the shipping is free. Please ship all online purchase returns and exchanges back to us in good condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn items unless a defect in manufacturing is found.

Need to return an item?

We will issue all applicable return credits within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items. Please save your tracking number for your security. is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your package. Please note, although we will credit your account within 10 business days it may take longer to appear on your statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

If items returned do not meet the iSantaCam return standards and are in any way altered from the original state in which they were shipped a store credit for the amount of the item may be provided.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card or iSantaCam account, and will exclude shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Final sale items and contests

We do not accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores. Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. does not accept returns or exchanges on any item marked “Final Sale”. Contests are also not eligible for refunds and are classified as Final Sale Items.
